What does the $189.50 cover?
It is the prepaid price for one full year of EPIC for one system: today's AC and heating tune-up, your spring AC tune-up, your fall heating tune-up, and all member benefits.
Is the $189.50 per system?
Yes. A system means one furnace and one AC unit, or one combined package unit. Most homes have one system. If you have more, we'll confirm the total when we call.
What happens during the tune-up?
We clean, test and safety check both your cooling and your heating, look for worn parts, and let you know about anything that needs attention before it becomes a bigger problem.
What is the EPIC Agreement?
EPIC is a one year, prepaid annual maintenance agreement. You pay $189.50 per system once, and it includes your spring AC tune-up and fall heating tune-up, no diagnostic fee when something goes wrong, 20% off any repair, and a Comfort Pass you can share with someone you care about.
Why does the offer end October 31?
Once November cools down, it's too cold outside to properly test an air conditioner. We want to check both systems while we still can.
I'm already an EPIC member. Is this for me?
Current members are already on schedule, so you're covered. This offer is for new members and for past members whose agreement has lapsed.
